Instagram can be a weirdly wonderful space, depending on what tools you have and if the algorithm is on your side.
Fashion has become strangely mundane, with many designers going for the same concepts and colour schemes and quite frankly, it's a hard yawn from me dawg. The interest in complex pattern design and embellishments is slowly going out of style and designers seem to be preparing us for a slow transition into futuristic blending that you only see in Sci-fi movies. Well, aside from all of that depression, Instagram randomly showed these brands that I have been keeping an eye on ever since! They are always coming up with a fresh story, relatable to today's society, but embracing a nearby future of art development.

@prospexpark
Prospex Park is a brightly coloured, futuristic neighbourhood displaying multiple collections of "Americanised" themes and occasions.
This is my favourite AI Brand and if the content wasn't so dazzling, I wouldn't have known it was AI at all! They modestly categorise themselves as an artist rather than a designer, but it is apparent in the garments they design for their models to wear that there is a high interest in styling and design.
From bold appliques, crochets and embroidery - They bring together a homely sense of handmade couture you don't see on catwalks anymore. With a borderline vintage feel and a plethora of 1950s/ "meet the jetsons"-looking models in all sizes, genders and races, this brand expands on beauty standards and social preferences in the most unique and outstanding way.
@etheralsoftwear.ai
This AI artist would have worked well with this year's theme for the MET Gala as she specialises in earthy, pagan dresses and drapes which give her artificial catwalk a heavenly flow.
With a cross-between mystical computer games and ancient goddesses, this artist creates an old-worldly type of feminism that only haute couture designers like Elie Saab and Rodarte can offer. The use of textures such as organza, lame and ribbon make this artist stand out for me. She has a modest approach of highlighting the female body in a dignified and sensual way without the 'crass'.
@nechethebrand
The intergalactic brand that strongly advocates 'being-out-of-the-ordinary', this "Alien" label based in The Netherlands prides itself on its unusual concept and celebrates female body confidence. The thing I love about this designer is that each animation can be produced and for whatever future occasion, it is a made-to-measure master-piece!
They use similar patterns to Mugler with flesh showing racer panels and lattice for a futuristic vibe. They also bring a unique use of hardware for accessorising - very similar to Haute Couture House, Schiaparelli.
There is no waste with this Brand as every garment made is custom-fitted and produced only by request, which helps solve mass production in the fashion industry.
@modelaindo
This artist goes through a lot of different concepts and moods which isn't necessarily a bad thing because for me, it shows the ability to contribute to different ranges and ideas!
Sometimes, the collections can be a little chaotic like the one above which you can see has influences from Harajuku girls and maybe a little Vivienne Westwood in there too. Either way, the assignment was strong and thorough and came out perfectly! I'm not sure whether they are meant to base their art on anything in particular or were doing their own thing, but the diverse collections make this brand a strong competitor in the game of AI Fashion.
The Future Of Fashion
Artificial intelligence will play a massive part in future fashion and you can already start to see it in campaigns. Whether they are choosing computerised models, digital catwalks or selling unrealistic products via the Metaverse, it will takeover the general concept of fashion as we know it!
